3769-4-23. Officials, state stewards

Where parimutuel wagering is permitted for ten or more days in any meeting, one of the three stewards shall be appointed by the Ohio state racing commission. Such steward shall be known as the state steward and shall be paid by the Ohio state racing commission. The state steward shall be the presiding steward of the meeting for which he/she is appointed by the commission.
