3769-4-33. Minority opinion

Latest version.

Should the stewards disagree, a vote shall be taken and the decision of the majority shall stand, but the notation that there was a minority opinion shall be made in the report to the commission. If there shall be no majority decision, the question or problem shall be submitted to the commission.
