3769-4-44. Eye tests

Latest version.

The commission may require all stewards, placing and patrol judges to undergo periodic vision examinations conducted by licensed oculists, optometrists or other eye specialists. Such examination is to include tests involving distance and color. When such examinations are required, the original examination report will be forwarded to the commission.
