3769-4-48. Paddock judge

Latest version.

The paddock judge shall keep a record of all equipment carried by a horse, and in subsequent races changes will be permitted only with the consent of the paddock judge and stewards. Blinker and whip changes shall also be subject to the approval of the starter and stewards.
