3770:1-2-02. Administrative procedure act

The licensing function of the commission and the director shall be conducted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, except to the extent that the director is authorized by sections 3770.02 and 3770.03 of the Revised Code to suspend a license without prior hearing.
