3770:1-2-04. Actions by the director

Latest version.

Any action by the director in establishing regulations governing sales agent standards or procedures, which includes the adoption, amendment or rescission of a license rule, shall be taken in compliance with rule 3770:1-2-03 of the Administrative Code.
