3770:1-9-105. Game rule number one hundred five
-
(A) Title and term. Ohio lottery commission game rule number one hundred five, "Platinum Payout" shall be conducted at such times and for such periods as the commission may determine. For the purposes of this rule, "sales cycle" shall mean any such period, including reprints, beginning on the date when ticket sales are commenced and continuing through the date established by the director as the date on which sales agents are to make their final settlement with respect to tickets allocated to them during the period in game rule number one hundred five.
(B) General design.
(1) ) Game rule number one hundred five is a key number match game with a "multiplier" feature and is generally known as an "instant lottery."
(2) The holder of a valid ticket will remove the covering over the entire play area to reveal five "Winning Numbers," twenty "Your Number(s)" and twenty corresponding prize values. If any one or more of "Your Number(s)" matches one or more of the "Winning Numbers," the player wins the corresponding prize value(s) shown below the matching "Your Number(s)." If the player reveals a "Star" symbol in any of the "Your Numbers" play spots, the player wins the corresponding prize value automatically. If the player reveals a "10X" symbol in any of the "Your Numbers" play spots, the player wins ten times the corresponding prize value shown automatically. If the player reveals a "Platinum" symbol in any of the "Your Numbers" play spots, the player wins all twenty prizes automatically.
(3) The only "prize values" which shall appear on a ticket in game rule number one hundred five are: five dollars, ten dollars, fifteen dollars, twenty dollars, twenty-five dollars, thirty dollars, fifty dollars, one hundred dollars, two hundred dollars, five hundred dollars, one thousand dollars, the "TPD" symbol corresponding to a prize value of five thousand five hundred dollars, ten thousand dollars, twenty thousand dollars and five hundred thousand dollars.
(C) Price of tickets. The price of a ticket issued by the commission in game rule number one hundred five shall be ten dollars.
(D) Structure, nature and value of prize awards
(1) There shall be two types of prizes in game rule one hundred five, a "regular prize award" and a "TPD" prize award.
(2) As used in this rule, "prize award" shall mean one of the following monetary figures which is the total of all winning prize values appearing on the ticket: ten dollars, fifteen dollars, twenty dollars, twenty-five dollars, thirty dollars, fifty dollars, one hundred dollars, two hundred dollars, five hundred dollars, one thousand dollars, five thousand five hundred dollars, ten thousand dollars, twenty thousand dollars and five hundred thousand dollars. Each ticket in game rule number one hundred five shall be imprinted in such a way that prize awards from the set listed above may be won.
(a) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five dollars shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(b) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for five dollars shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(c) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for ten dollars once and five dollars once shall win a regular prize award of fifteen dollars;
(d) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by three of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in three of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for five dollars shall win a regular prize award of fifteen dollars;
(e) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for fifteen dollars shall win a regular prize award of fifteen dollars;
(f) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by three of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in three of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for five dollars two times and ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(g) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by four of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in four of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for five dollars shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(h) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for fifteen dollars once and five dollars once shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(i) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for ten dollars shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(j) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Number" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for twenty dollars shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(k) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for twenty-five dollars shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(l) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by three of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in three of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for ten dollars two times and five dollars once shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(m) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for fifteen dollars once and ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(n) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Number" play spots, or any combination thereof, for five dollars shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(o) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for thirty dollars shall win a regular prize award of thirty dollars;
(p) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for twenty-five dollars once and five dollars once shall win a regular prize award of thirty dollars;
(q) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by three of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in three of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for ten dollars shall win a regular prize award of thirty dollars;
(r) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for twenty dollars times once and ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of thirty dollars;
(s) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by six of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in six of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for five dollars shall win a regular prize award of thirty dollars;
(t) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for ten dollars once and five dollars four times shall win a regular prize award of thirty dollars;
(u) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for fifty dollars shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(v) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five dollars times ten shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(w) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by four of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in four of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for twenty dollars once and ten dollars three times shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(x) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by three of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in three of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for twenty-five dollars once, twenty dollars once and five dollars once shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(y) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for twenty-five shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(z) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for five dollars shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(aa) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for one hundred dollars shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(bb) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for ten dollars times ten shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(cc) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Platinum" symbol is revealed in one "Your Numbers" play spots for all twenty prizes of five dollars times twenty shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(dd) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play areas, or any combination thereof, for ten dollars shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(ee) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by three of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in three of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for fifty dollars once and twenty-five dollars two times shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(ff) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by six of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in six of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for fifty dollars once, twenty dollars once, ten dollars two times and five dollars two times shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(gg) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by four of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in four of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for fifty dollars once, twenty-five dollars once, fifteen dollars once and ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(hh) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for one hundred dollars shall win a regular prize award of two hundred dollars;
(ii) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five dollars times ten, and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for fifty dollars two times, twenty-five dollars once, fifteen dollars once and ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of two hundred dollars;
(jj) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Platinum" symbol is revealed in one "Your Numbers" play spots for all twenty prizes of ten dollars times twenty shall win a regular prize award of two hundred dollars;
(kk) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for twenty dollars times ten shall win a regular prize award of two hundred dollars;
(ll) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for two hundred dollars shall win a regular prizer award of two hundred dollars;
(mm) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for ten dollars times ten, and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by three of "Your Numbers" for fifty dollars once and twenty-five dollars two times shall win a regular prize award of two hundred dollars;
(nn) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for one hundred dollars once and twenty-five dollars four times shall win a regular prize award of two hundred dollars;
(oo) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five hundred dollars shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(pp) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Platinum" symbol is revealed in one "Your Numbers" play spots for all twenty prizes of one hundred dollars two times, fifty dollars once, thirty dollars two times, twenty-five dollars three times, twenty dollars three times, ten dollars two times and five dollars seven times shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(qq) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for thirty dollars times ten, and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof for one hundred dollars once and twenty-five dollars four times shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(rr) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for twenty-five dollars times ten, and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" for one hundred dollars two times, twenty-five dollars once, fifteen dollars once and ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(ss) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof for one hundred dollars two times, fifty dollars four times and twenty-five dollars four times shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(tt) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for twenty-five dollars times ten, and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by four of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in four of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for one hundred dollars two times and twenty-five dollars two times shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(uu) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for fifty dollars times ten shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(vv) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for one thousand dollars shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(ww) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Platinum" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for all twenty prizes of two hundred dollars two times, one hundred dollars two times, fifty dollars four times, twenty dollar four times, ten dollars six times and thirty dollars two times shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(xx) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for one hundred dollars times ten shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(yy) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by seventeen of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in seventeen of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for five hundred dollars once, one hundred dollars two times, fifty dollars two times, thirty dollars once, twenty-five dollars two times, twenty dollars five times and five dollars four times shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars
(zz) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for twenty-five dollars times ten, and a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for ten dollars times ten, and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for five hundred dollars once and fifty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(aaa) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for fifty dollars times ten, and on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof for five hundred dollars shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(bbb) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" and a "TPD" prize symbol is revealed for five thousand five hundred dollars shall win a regular prize award of five thousand five hundred dollars, and, upon the filing of a valid claim at an Ohio lottery commission office, automatic entry into the Top Prize Drawing for a chance to win the top prize award of five hundred thousand dollars before taxes;
(ccc) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers"is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for ten thousand dollars shall win a regular prize award of ten thousand dollars;
(ddd) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for one hundred dollars times ten, and a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for fifty dollars times ten, and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by eighteen of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in eighteen of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for one thousand dollars times seven, five hundred dollars once, two hundred dollars two times, one hundred dollars four times and fifty dollars four times shall win a regular prize award of ten thousand dollars;
(eee) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five hundred dollars times ten shall win a regular prize award of ten thousand dollars;
(fff) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fifteen of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in fifteen of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for one thousand dollars seven times, five hundred dollars five times, two hundred dollars two times and one hundred dollars once shall win a regular prize award of ten thousand dollars;
(ggg) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for twenty thousand dollars shall win a regular prize award of twenty thousand dollars;
(hhh) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for one thousand dollars times ten, and a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for two hundred dollars times ten, and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by nine of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in nine of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for one thousand dollars seven times and five hundred dollars two times shall win a regular prize award of twenty thousand dollars;
(iii) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for ten thousand dollars shall win a regular prize award of twenty thousand dollars; and
(jjj) Holder of a valid winning ticket on one one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star"symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five hundred thousand dollars shall win a regular prize award of five hundred thousand dollars.
(E) Number of prize awards. The number of prize awards in any sales cycle of game rule number one hundred five will depend upon the number of tickets sold during that cycle. However, distribution and availability for public purchase may be affected by, but not limited to, circumstances such as stolen, defective, missing, damaged, promotional, returned or reordered tickets. Tickets shall be printed in accordance with this rule using random techniques in order that the following occur:
(1) Combinations winning each prize award are randomly distributed throughout all tickets printed in any given ticket issuance;
(2) Mathematical reasoning indicates that over a sufficiently large number of tickets sold, the average number of winning tickets per five million tickets sold should be as follows:
(a) Four tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Star" symbol for five hundred thousand dollars once to win five hundred thousand dollars;
(b) Five tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for ten thousand dollars two times to win twenty thousand dollars;
(c) Five tickets revealing a "10X" symbol for one thousand dollars times ten, revealing a "10X" symbol for two hundred dollars times ten, and matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, one thousand dollars seven times and five hundred dollars two times to win twenty thousand dollars;
(d) Four tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Star" symbol for twenty thousand dollars once to win twenty thousand dollars;
(e) Seven tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for one thousand dollars seven times, five hundred dollars five times, two hundred dollars two times and one hundred dollars once to win ten thousand dollars;
(f) Seven tickets revealing two "10X" symbols for five hundred dollars times twenty to win ten thousand dollars;
(g) Seven tickets revealing a "10X" symbol for one hundred dollars times ten, revealing a "10X" symbol for fifty dollars times ten, and matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for one thousand dollars seven times, five hundred dollars once, two hundred dollars two times, one hundred dollars four times and fifty dollars four times to win ten thousand dollars;
(h) Four tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Star" symbol for ten thousand dollars once to win ten thousand dollars;
(i) Twenty-five tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Star" symbol to reveal a "TPD" symbol to win five thousand five hundred dollars, and upon the filing of a valid claim at an Ohio lottery commission office, automatic entry into the Top Prize Drawing for a chance to win a top prize of five hundred thousand dollars;
(j) Two hundred tickets revealing a "10X" symbol for fifty dollars times ten and matching numbers or revealing a "Star" symbol for five hundred dollars once to win one thousand dollars;
(k) Two hundred tickets revealing a "10X" symbol for twenty-five dollars times ten, revealing a "10X" symbol for twenty dollars times ten, and matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for five hundred dollars once and fifty dollars once to win one thousand dollars;
(l) Two hundred tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols,or any combination thereof, for five hundred dollars once, one hundred dollars two times, fifty dollars two times, thirty dollars once, twenty-five dollars two times, twenty dollars five times and five dollars four times to win one thousand dollars;
(m) Two hundred tickets revealing a "10X" symbol for one hundred dollars times ten to win one thousand dollars;
(n) Two hundred tickets revealing a "Platinum" symbol for all twenty prizes of two hundred dollars two times, one hundred dollars two times, fifty dollars four times, twenty dollars four times, ten dollars six times and thirty dollars two times to win one thousand dollars;
(o) Fifty tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Star" symbol for one thousand dollars once to win one thousand dollars;
(p) Three hundred fifty tickets revealing a "10X" symbol for fifty dollars times ten to win five hundred dollars;
(q) One hundred seventy-five tickets revealing a "10X" symbol for twenty-five dollars times ten, and matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for one hundred dollars two times and twenty-five dollars two times to win five hundred dollars;
(r) Three hundred fifty tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for one hundred dollars two times, fifty dollars four times and twenty-five dollars four times to win five hundred dollars;
(s) Three hundred fifty tickets revealing a "10X" symbol for twenty-five dollars times ten, and matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for one hundred dollars two times, twenty-five dollars once, fifteen dollars once and ten dollars once to win five hundred dollars;
(t) Three hundred fifty tickets revealing a "10X" symbol for thirty dollars times ten, and matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for one hundred dollars once and twenty-five dollars four times to win five hundred dollars;
(u) Three hundred fifty tickets revealing a "Platinum" symbol for all twenty prizes of one hundred dollars two times, fifty dollars once, thirty dollars two times, twenty-five dollars three times, twenty dollars three times, ten dollars two times and five dollars seven times to win five hundred dollars;
(v) One hundred seventy-five tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Star" symbol for five hundred dollars once to win five hundred dollars;
(w) Six hundred tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for one hundred dollars once and twenty-five dollars four times to win two hundred dollars;
(x) Five hundred tickets revealing a "10X" symbol for ten dollars times ten, and matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for fifty dollars once and twenty-five dollars two times to win two hundred dollars;

(bb) One thousand tickets revealing a "10X" symbol for five dollars times ten, and matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for fifty dollars two times, twenty-five dollars once, fifteen dollars once and ten dollars once to win two hundred dollars;
(cc) Five hundred tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for one hundred dollars two times to win two hundred dollars;
(dd) Three thousand five hundred tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for fifty dollars once, twenty-five dollars once, fifteen dollars once and ten dollars once to win one hundred dollars;
(ee) Five thousand five hundred tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for fifty dollars once, twenty dollars once, ten dollars two times and five dollars two times to win two hundred dollars;
(ff) Eight thousand tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for fifty dollars once and twenty-five dollars two times to win one hundred dollars;
(gg) Eight thousand tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for ten dollars ten times to win one hundred dollars;
(hh) Ten thousand tickets revealing a "Platinum" symbol for all twenty prizes of five dollars to win one hundred dollars;
(ii) Ten thousand tickets revealing a "10X" symbol for ten dollars times ten to win one hundred dollars;
(jj) Five thousand tickets revealing matching numbers or revealing a "Star" symbol for one hundred dollars once to win one hundred dollars;
(kk) Twenty thousand tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for five dollars ten times to win fifty dollars;

(hhh) One hundred thousand tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols for, or any combination thereof, for ten dollars once and five dollars once to win fifteen dollars;
(iii) One hundred fifty thousand tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for five dollars two times to win ten dollars; and
(jjj) One hundred fifty thousand tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Star" symbol for ten dollars once to win ten dollars.
(F) Tickets sold. Chances of winning and the number of winning tickets are established at the time of printing and will change as prizes are won.
(G) Frequency of prize drawings.
(1) Random imprinting of prize awards on all tickets issued in game rule number one hundred five shall be accomplished in a manner, which complies with the commission's rules and procedures.
(2) When a ticket issued in game rule number one hundred five is sold or deemed sold in accordance with this rule and the covering material over any of the numbers, prize values and play symbols has been removed, the holder shall be deemed to have drawn the numbers, prize values and play symbols on that ticket which determine whether the holder is entitled to a regular prize award. All regular prize awards shall be deemed announced no later than the last day of the sales cycle of game rule number one hundred five in which the ticket was sold.
(3) The Top Prize Drawing to award one prize of an "Annuity Prize Award" of two hundred fifty thousand dollars per year for twenty years before taxes or the "Elected Cash-Option Prize Award" of approximately two million five hundred thousand dollars before taxes in lieu of the "Annuity Prize Award" shall take place in accordance with rules and procedures established and approved by the director, and specifically, rule 3770:1-6-05 of the Administrative Code governing "Prize drawings" and rule 3770:1-6-06 of the Administrative Code governing "Special lottery drawings." Such drawings shall be held on dates determined and announced by the director, however, the earliest Top Prize Drawing date shall be one hundred eighty days from the game close date or when all tickets winning a prize value corresponding with a "TPD" symbol have been claimed, whichever is earlier.
(H) Special claim, entry, receipt and validation procedures. The director shall establish special claim, entry, receipt and validation procedures, including procedures for validation by sales agents of tickets winning prize awards which are to be paid by sales agents in accordance with commission rules. Prize awards shall be claimed within the time limits set forth by commission rules.
(I) Validity of Tickets.
(1) A mechanical error in printing prize awards, symbols, words or other numbers on a ticket shall not automatically invalidate that ticket. To the extent feasible, the director shall establish procedures by which the holder of any ticket on which information is incorrectly printed due to mechanical malfunction may be advised of correct information for the ticket. If it is not technically feasible to recover the information from a mechanically misprinted ticket, the director may declare the ticket void and the holder shall be entitled to a return of the ticket price or a replacement ticket of comparable price.
(2) In addition to, but not in limitation of, all other power and authority conferred on the director by the commission's rules, the director may declare a ticket in game rule number one hundred five void if it is stolen, unissued, deactivated, not sold or deemed not sold in accordance with commission rules; if it is illegible, mutilated, altered, counterfeit, misregistered, reconstituted, miscut, defective, printed or produced in error or incomplete; or if the ticket fails any of the validation tests or procedures established by the director. The commission's liability and responsibility for a ticket declared void, if any, is limited to refund of the retail sales price of the ticket or issuance of a replacement ticket of comparable price.
(J) Director's conduct of game rule number one hundred five.
(1) The director shall conduct game rule number one hundred five and any promotions or drawings associated therewith in a manner consistent with the Lottery Act and the rules of the commission including, without limitation, this rule and the regulations of the director. As deemed necessary or advisable, the director shall adopt management regulations, orders or directives to implement and operate this lottery game and any promotions or drawings associated therewith. The director shall inform the public of the provisions of this rule and the procedures established pursuant hereto which affect the play of game rule number one hundred five. The director reserves the right to declare any instant game as unavailable for sale at any time to maintain game integrity and accountability.
(2) Names and definitions of elements of game rule one hundred five used in this rule are to be considered generic terms used solely for purposes of this rule. In actual operation, game rule number one hundred five and these elements may be given names or titles chosen by the commission.
