3770:1-9-204. Game rule number two hundred four
-
(A) Title and term. Ohio lottery commission game rule number two hundred four, "Bring on the Bens," shall be conducted at such times and for such periods as the commission may determine. For the purpose of this rule, "sales cycle" shall mean any such period, including reprints, beginning on the date when ticket sales are commenced and continuing through the date established by the director as the date on which sales agents are to make their final settlement with respect to tickets allocated to them during the period in game rule number two hundred four.
(B) General design.
(1) Game rule number two hundred four is an instant lottery game within which is contained two separate scratch-off games. There are twenty-five chances to win on each ticket, and a player may win up to twenty-five times on one ticket.
(a) "Game 1" - The player reveals three "Winning Numbers," fifteen "Your Numbers" and fifteen corresponding prize values. The player must match any one or more of "Winning Numbers" to one or more of "Your Numbers" to win the corresponding prize value revealed beneath the matching "Your Numbers." If the player reveals a "Star" symbol in any of the "Your Numbers" play areas, the player wins the corresponding prize value shown automatically. If the player reveals a "5X" symbol in any of the "Your Numbers" play areas, the player wins five times the corresponding prize value shown automatically. If the player reveals a "Bens" symbol in any of the "Your Numbers" play areas, the player wins all fifteen prizes automatically. If the player matches any one of "Your Numbers" to one of the "Winning Numbers" and the corresponding prize value revealed is a "TPD" symbol, the player wins five thousand five hundred dollars automatically, and, upon the filing of a valid claim at an Ohio lottery commission office, shall also automatically be entered in the Top Prize Drawing ("TPD") for a chance to win a one hundred fifty thousand dollar top prize. The Top Prize Drawing shall be conducted in accordance with Ohio lottery rules and procedures established and approved by the director.
(b) "Game 2" - The player reveals two "Winning Numbers," ten "Your Numbers" and ten corresponding prize values. The player must match any one or both of the "Winning Numbers" to one or more of "Your Numbers" to win the corresponding prize value revealed beneath the matching "Your Numbers." If a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed, the player automatically wins double the prize value show.
(2) The only "prize values" which shall appear on a ticket in game rule number two hundred four are listed as follows:
(a) "Game 1" - one dollar, two dollars, three dollars four dollars, five dollars, ten dollars, twenty dollars, twenty-five dollars, fifty dollars, one hundred dollars, five hundred dollars, one thousand dollars, five thousand dollars, the "TPD" symbol corresponding to a prize value of five thousand five hundred dollars, ten thousand dollars, twenty-five thousand dollars and one hundred fifty thousand dollars;
(b) "Game 2" - one dollar, two dollars, three dollars, five dollars, ten dollars, twenty-five dollars, fifty dollars, one hundred dollars, five hundred dollars, one thousand dollars, five thousand dollars, ten thousand dollars, twenty-five thousand dollars, and one hundred fifty thousand dollars; and
(C) Price of tickets. The price of a ticket issued by the commission in game rule number two hundred four shall be five dollars.
(D) Structure, nature and value of prize awards.
(1) There shall be two types of prizes in game rule number two hundred four, a "regular prize award" and a "TPD" prize award.
(2) As used in this rule, "prize award" shall mean one of the following monetary figures which is the total of all winning prize values appearing on the ticket: five dollars, ten dollars, twenty dollars, twenty-five dollars, fifty dollars, one hundred dollars, five hundred dollars, one thousand dollars, five thousand dollars, five thousand five hundred dollars, ten thousand dollars, twenty-five thousand dollars and one hundred fifty thousand dollars. Each ticket in game rule number two hundred four shall be imprinted in such a way that prize awards from the set listed above may be won.
(3) Numbers, prize values and play symbols appearing on any ticket in game rule number two hundred four shall be concealed by an opaque covering or tab covering which may be scratched off or removed by the holder of the ticket to reveal the underlying numbers, prize values and play symbols.
(a) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for two dollars once and on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for three dollars once shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(b) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by three of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in three of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for one dollar three times and on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for one dollar doubled shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(c) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "5X" symbol is revealed in "Game 1" for one dollar times five shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(d) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for one dollar five times shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(e) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for one dollar five times shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(f) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for five dollars once shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(g) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for five dollars once shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(h) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for one dollar once and five dollars once and on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for two dollars doubled shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(i) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "5X" symbol is revealed in "Game 1" for two dollars times five shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(j) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for one dollar five times and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for one dollar five times shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(k) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for two dollars five times shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(l) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for five dollars two times shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(m) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for three dollars once and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for five dollar once and two dollars once shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(n) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(o) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(p) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for twenty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(q) Holder of a valid wining ticket on which a "Bens" symbol is revealed in "Game 1" for one dollar fifteen times and on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for five dollars once shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(r) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for two dollars once and three dollars once and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by three of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for five dollars three times shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(s) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for ten dollars once and on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for five dollars doubled shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(t) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "5X" symbol is revealed in "Game 1" for four dollars times five shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(u) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for ten dollars once and on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for five dollars doubled shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(v) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fifteen of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in fifteen of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for one dollar fifteen times and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for one dollar five times shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(w) Holder of a valid wining ticket on which a "Bens" symbol is revealed in "Game 1" for one dollar fifteen times and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by five of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for one dollar five times shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(x) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for one dollar ten times and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for five dollars two times shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(y) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for twenty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(z) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fifteen of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in fifteen of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for one dollar fifteen times and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for one dollar ten times shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(aa) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for five dollars five times shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(bb) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "5X" symbol is revealed in "Game 1" for five dollars times five shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(cc) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for twenty-five dollars once shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(dd) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for twenty-five dollars once shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(ee) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for ten dollars five times shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(ff) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fifteen of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in fifteen of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for two dollars fourteen times and five dollars once and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by six of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for two dollars once and three dollars five times shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(gg) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Bens" symbol is revealed in "Game 1" for two dollars fourteen times and five dollars once and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by six of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for two dollars once and three dollars five times shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(hh) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by six of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in six of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for five dollars six times, on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for five dollars doubled and on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(ii) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for five dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(jj) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by eight of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in eight of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for five dollars eight times and on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(kk) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "5X" symbol is revealed in "Game 1" for five dollars times five and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by four of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for ten dollars once and five dollars three times shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(ll) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "5X" symbol is revealed in "Game 1" for ten dollars times five shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(mm) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for fifty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(nn) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for fifty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(oo) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by four of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in four of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for twenty dollars four times, on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for five dollars doubled and on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(pp) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by eight of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in eight of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for ten dollars eight times, on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for five dollars doubled and on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(qq) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by eleven of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in eleven of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for two dollars ten times and fifty dollars once, on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for five dollars doubled and on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for twenty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(rr) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "5X" symbol is revealed in "Game 1" for twenty dollars times five shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(ss) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for fifty dollars once and on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for twenty-five dollars doubled shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(tt) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "5X" symbol is revealed in "Game 1" for four dollars times five, on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for ten dollars once and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for twenty dollars once and fifty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(uu) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fifteen of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in fifteen of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for five dollars fourteen times and ten dollars once and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for two dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(vv) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by six of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in six of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for ten dollars two times and five dollars four and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by six of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for ten dollars six times shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(ww) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for one hundred dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(xx) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for one hundred dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(yy) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for one hundred dollars two times and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by three of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for one hundred dollars three times shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(zz) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which ten "5X" symbols are revealed in "Game 1" for ten dollars times five ten times shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(aaa) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by four of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in four of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for one hundred dollars four times and on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for fifty dollars doubled shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(bbb) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by seven of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in seven of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for twenty-five dollars four times and fifty dollars three times, on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for fifty dollars once and on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for one hundred dollars doubled shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(ccc) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by eight of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in eight of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for twenty-five dollars eight times and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by three of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for one hundred dollars three times shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(ddd) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fifteen of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in fifteen of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for twenty dollars fifteen times and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for twenty dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(eee) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Bens" symbol is revealed in "Game 1" for twenty dollars fifteen times and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for twenty dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(fff) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for five hundred dollars once shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(ggg) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for five hundred dollars once shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(hhh) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "5X" symbol is revealed in "Game 1" for one hundred dollars five times and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for fifty dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(iii) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for five hundred dollars doubled shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(jjj) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for one thousand dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(kkk) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for one thousand dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(lll) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fifteen of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in fifteen of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for one hundred dollars fifteen times and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for fifty dollars six times, two hundred dollars once and one thousand dollars three times shall win a regular prize award of five thousand dollars;
(mmm) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Bens" symbol is revealed in "Game 1" for one hundred dollars fifteen times and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for fifty dollars six times, two hundred dollars once and one thousand dollars three times shall win a regular prize award of five thousand dollars;
(nnn) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "5X" symbol is revealed in "Game 1" for one thousand dollars times five shall win a regular prize award of five thousand dollars;
(ooo) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for five thousand dollars once shall win a regular prize award of five thousand dollars;
(ppp) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for five thousand dollars once shall win a regular prize award of five thousand dollars;
(qqq) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" and a "TPD" prize symbol is revealed for five thousand five hundred dollars shall win a regular prize of five thousand five hundred dollars, and upon the filing of a valid claim at an Ohio lottery commission office, shall automatically be entered into the Top Prize Drawing for a chance to win one hundred fifty thousand dollars;
(rrr) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for one thousand dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of ten thousand dollars;
(sss) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for five thousand dollars doubled shall win a regular prize award of ten thousand dollars;
(ttt) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for one thousand dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of ten thousand dollars;

(xxx) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Bens" symbol is revealed in "Game 1" for one thousand dollars fifteen times and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for one thousand dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five thousand dollars;
(yyy) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by three of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in three of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for five thousand dollars three times and on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for five thousand dollars doubled shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five thousand dollars;
(zzz) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for twenty-five thousand dollars once shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five thousand dollars;
(aaaa) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for twenty-five thousand dollars once shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five thousand dollars;

(eeee) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for one hundred fifty thousand dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one hundred fifty thousand dollars.
(E) Number of prize awards. The number of prize awards in any sales cycle of game rule number two hundred four will depend upon the number of tickets sold during that cycle. However, distribution and availability for public purchase may be affected by, but not limited to, circumstances such as stolen, defective, missing, damaged, promotional, returned or reordered tickets. Tickets shall be printed in accordance with this rule using random techniques in order that the following occur:
(1) Combinations winning each prize award are randomly distributed throughout all tickets printed in any given ticket issuance; and
(2) Mathematical reasoning indicates that the number of winning tickets per six million tickets sold in the following prize categories should be as follows:
(a) One ticket with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(eeee) of this rule to win one hundred fifty thousand dollars;
(b) One ticket with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(dddd) of this rule to win one hundred fifty thousand dollars;
(c) One ticket with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(cccc) of this rule to win one hundred fifty thousand dollars;
(d) One ticket with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(bbbb) of this rule to win one hundred fifty thousand dollars;

(F) Tickets sold. Chances of winning and the number of winning tickets are established at the time of printing and will change as prizes are won.
(G) Frequency of prize drawings.
(1) Random imprinting of prize awards on all tickets issued in game rule number two hundred four shall be accomplished in a manner, which complies with the commission's rules and procedures.
(2) When a ticket issued in game rule number two hundred four is sold or deemed sold in accordance with this rule and the covering material over any of the numbers, prize values and play symbols has been removed, the holder shall be deemed to have drawn the numbers, prize values and play symbols on that ticket which determine whether the holder is entitled to a regular prize award. All regular prize awards shall be deemed announced no later than the last day of the sales cycle of game rule number two hundred four in which the ticket was sold.
(3) The Top Prize Drawing to award one top prize of one hundred fifty thousand dollars shall take place in accordance with rules and procedures established and approved by the director, and specifically, rule 3770:1-6-05 of the Administrative Code governing "Prize drawings" and rule 3770:1-6-06 of the Administrative Code governing "Special lottery drawings." Such drawings shall be held on dates determined and announced by the director, however, the earliest Top Prize Drawing date shall be one hundred eighty-one days from the game close date or when all tickets winning a prize value corresponding with a "TPD" symbol have been claimed, whichever is earlier.
(H) Special claim, entry, receipt and validation procedures. The director shall establish special claim, entry, receipt and validation procedures, including procedures for validation by sales agents of tickets winning prize awards which are to be paid by sales agents in accordance with commission rules, as well as procedures for entry into the Top Prize Drawings described in Section (G)(3) of this Rule. Prize awards shall be claimed within the time limits set forth by commission rules.
(I) Validity of tickets.
(1) A mechanical error in printing prize awards, symbols, words or other numbers on a ticket shall not automatically invalidate that ticket. To the extent feasible, the director shall establish procedures by which the holder of any ticket on which information is incorrectly printed due to mechanical malfunction may be advised of correct information for the ticket. If it is not technically feasible to recover the information from a mechanically misprinted ticket, the director may declare the ticket void and the holder shall be entitled to a return of the ticket price or a replacement ticket of comparable price.
(2) In addition to, but not in limitation of, all other power and authority conferred on the director by the commission's rules, the director may declare a ticket in game rule number two hundred four void if it is stolen, unissued, deactivated, not sold or deemed not sold in accordance with commission rules; if it is illegible, mutilated, altered, counterfeit, misregistered, reconstituted, miscut, defective, printed or produced in error or incomplete; or if the ticket fails any of the validation tests or procedures established by the director. The commission's liability and responsibility for a ticket declared void, if any, is limited to refund of the retail sales price of the ticket or issuance of a replacement ticket of comparable price.
(J) Director's conduct of game rule number two hundred four.
(1) The director shall conduct game rule number two hundred four and any promotions or drawings associated therewith in a manner consistent with the Lottery Act and the rules of the commission including, without limitation, this rule and the regulations of the director. As deemed necessary or advisable, the director shall adopt management regulations, orders or directives to implement and operate this lottery game. The director shall inform the public of the provisions of this rule and the procedures established pursuant hereto which affect the play of game rule number two hundred four. The director reserves the right to declare any instant game as unavailable for sale at any time to maintain game integrity and accountability.
(2) Names and definitions of elements of game rule number two hundred four used in this rule are to be considered generic terms used solely for purposes of this rule. In actual operation, game rule number two hundred four and these elements may be given names or titles chosen by the commission.
