3770:1-9-207. Game rule number two hundred seven
-
(A) Title and term. Ohio lottery commission game rule number two hundred seven, "Win It All!," shall be conducted at such times and for such periods as the commission may determine. For the purpose of this rule, "sales cycle" shall mean any such period, including reprints, beginning on the date when ticket sales are commenced and continuing through the date established by the director as the date on which sales agents are to make their final settlement with respect to tickets allocated to them during the period in game rule number two hundred seven.
(B) General design.
(1) Game rule number two hundred seven is a reveal a symbol game with a "multiplier" feature, and is generally known as an "instant lottery."
(2) Holders of valid tickets will remove the covering off the entire play area to reveal three "Winning Numbers," fifteen "Your Numbers" and a "Win It All" number. If any one or more of the "Winning Numbers" matches any one or more of "Your Numbers," the player wins the corresponding prize automatically. If a "Star" symbol is revealed in one or more of the "Your Numbers" play spots, the player wins the corresponding prize automatically. If a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots, the player wins ten times the corresponding prize automatically. If a "20X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots, the player wins twenty times the corresponding prize automatically. If one of "Your Numbers" matches the "Win It All" number, the player wins all fifteen prizes automatically. If one of the "Winning Numbers" matches one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed and the corresponding prize value revealed is a "TPD" symbol, the player wins five thousand five hundred dollars automatically, and, upon the filing of a valid claim at an Ohio lottery commission office, shall also automatically be entered in the Top Prize Drawing ("TPD") for a chance to win two hundred fifty thousand dollars. The Top Prize Drawing shall be conducted in accordance with Ohio lottery rules and procedures established and approved by the director. There are fifteen chances to win on each ticket, and a player may win up to fifteen times on one ticket.
(3) The only "prize values" which shall appear on a ticket in game rule number two hundred seven are: one dollar, two dollars, three dollars, five dollars, ten dollars, twenty dollars, fifty dollars, one hundred dollars, five hundred dollars, one thousand dollars, two thousand five hundred, five thousand dollars, the "TPD" symbol corresponding to a prize value of five thousand five hundred dollars, twenty-five thousand dollars and two hundred fifty thousand dollars. Numbers, prize values and play symbols appearing on any ticket in game rule number two hundred seven shall be concealed by an opaque covering which may be scratched off by the holder of the ticket to reveal the underlying numbers, prize values and play symbols.
(C) Price of tickets. The price of a ticket issued by the commission in game rule number two hundred seven shall be five dollars.
(D) Structure, nature and value of prize awards.
(1) There shall be two types of prizes in game rule one hundred thirty nine, a "regular prize award" and a "TPD" prize award.
(2) As used in this rule, "prize award" shall mean one of the following monetary figures which is the total of all winning prize values appearing on the ticket: five dollars, ten dollars, twenty dollars, fifty dollars, one hundred dollars, five hundred dollars, one thousand dollars, two thousand five hundred, five thousand dollars, five thousand five hundred dollars, twenty-five thousand dollars, and two hundred fifty thousand dollars. Each ticket in game rule number two hundred seven shall be imprinted in such a way that prize awards from the set listed above may be won.
(a) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for one dollar five times shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(b) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by three of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in three of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for one dollar once and two dollars two times shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(c) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for two dollars once and three dollars once shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(d) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five dollars once shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(e) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by four of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in four of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for one dollar once, two dollars two times, and five dollars once shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(f) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for one dollar times ten shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(g) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for one dollar ten times shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(h) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for two dollars five times shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(i) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for five dollars two times shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(j) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(k) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "20X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for one dollar times twenty shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(l) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for one dollar times ten and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for two dollars five times shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(m) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for two dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(n) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by four of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in four of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for five dollars four times shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(o) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for twenty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(p) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fifteen of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in fifteen of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for one dollar six times, two dollars two times, five dollars six times and ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(q) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which the "Win It All" number is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for one dollar six times, two dollars two times, five dollars six times and ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(r) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "20X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for two dollars times twenty and on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(s) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for three dollars times ten and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by three of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in three of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for five dollars two times and ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(t) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by seven of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in seven of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for five dollars six times and twenty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(u) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fifteen of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in fifteen of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for one dollar once, three dollars once, two dollars eight times, five dollars four times and ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(v) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which the "Win It All" number is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for one dollar once, three dollars once, two dollars eight times, five dollars four times and ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(w) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for five dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(x) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for twenty dollars once and on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for three dollars times ten shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(y) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by four of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in four of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for twenty dollars two times and five dollars two times shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(z) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for ten dollars five times shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(aa) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for fifty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(bb) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for two dollars times ten and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for five dollars two times, ten dollars two times, and fifty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(cc) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "20X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five dollars times twenty shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(dd) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for ten dollars times ten shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(ee) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for ten dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(ff) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fifteen of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in fifteen of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for two dollars ten times, five dollars two times, ten dollars two times and fifty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(gg) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which the "Win It All" number is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for two dollars ten times, five dollars two times, ten dollars two times and fifty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(hh) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for one hundred dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(ii) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for one hundred dollars five times shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(jj) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "20X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for ten dollars times twenty and on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof for fifty dollars four times and one hundred dollars once shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(kk) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for fifty dollars times ten shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(ll) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fifteen of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in fifteen of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for twenty dollars ten times, fifty dollars four times and one hundred dollars once shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(mm) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which the "Win It All" number is matched by one of "Your Numbers" for twenty dollars ten times, fifty dollars four times and one hundred dollars once shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(nn) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for fifty dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(oo) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five hundred dollars once shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(pp) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for one hundred dollars times ten shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(qq) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "20X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for fifty dollars times twenty shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(rr) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for one hundred dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(ss) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for one thousand dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(tt) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "20X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for one hundred dollars times twenty and on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five hundred dollars once shall win a regular prize award of two thousand five hundred dollars;
(uu) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for five hundred dollars five times shall win a regular prize award of two thousand five hundred dollars;
(vv) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for two thousand five hundred dollars once shall win a regular prize award of two thousand five hundred dollars;
(ww) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five hundred dollars times ten shall win a regular prize award of five thousand dollars;
(xx) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for five hundred dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of five thousand dollars;
(yy) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five thousand dollars once shall win a regular prize award of five thousand dollars;
(zz) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots and the corresponding prize value revealed is a "TPD" symbol, the player wins five thousand five hundred dollars automatically, and, upon the filing of a valid claim at an Ohio lottery commission office, shall also automatically be entered in the Top Prize Drawing ("TPD") for a chance to win two hundred fifty thousand dollars;
(aaa) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for two thousand five hundred dollars times ten shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five thousand dollars;
(bbb) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for twenty-five thousand dollars once shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five thousand dollars;
(ccc) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "10X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for twenty-five thousand dollars times ten shall win a regular prize award of two hundred fifty thousand dollars;
(ddd) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for two hundred fifty thousand dollars once shall win a regular prize award of two hundred fifty thousand dollars;
(E) Number of prize awards. The number of prize awards in any sales cycle of game rule number two hundred seven will depend upon the number of tickets sold during that cycle. However, distribution and availability for public purchase may be affected by, but not limited to, circumstances such as stolen, defective, missing, damaged, promotional, returned or reordered tickets. Tickets shall be printed in accordance with this rule using techniques in order that the following occur:
(1) Combinations winning each prize award are distributed throughout all tickets printed in any given ticket issuance; and
(2) Mathematical reasoning indicates that the number of winning tickets per six million tickets sold in the following prize categories should be as follows:
(a) One ticket with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(ddd) of this rule to win two hundred fifty thousand dollars;
(b) One ticket with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(ccc) of this rule to win two hundred fifty thousand dollars;
(c) Two tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(bbb) of this rule to win twenty-five thousand dollars;
(d) Two tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(aaa) of this rule to win twenty-five thousand dollars;
(e) Thirty tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(zz) of this rule to win five thousand five hundred dollars automatically, and, upon the filing of a valid claim at an Ohio lottery commission office, shall also automatically be entered in the Top Prize Drawing ("TPD") for a chance to win two hundred fifty thousand dollars;
(f) Twenty-five tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(yy) of this rule to win five thousand dollars;
(g) Seventy-five tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(xx) of this rule to win five thousand dollars;
(h) One hundred tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(ww) of this rule to win five thousand dollars;
(i) Twenty-five tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(vv) of this rule to win two thousand five hundred dollars;
(j) Fifty tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(uu) of this rule to win two thousand five hundred dollars;
(k) Ninety-five tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(tt) of this rule to win two thousand five hundred dollars;
(l) Fifty tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(ss) of this rule to win one thousand dollars;
(m) Fifty tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(rr) of this rule to win one thousand dollars;
(n) Seventy-five tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(qq) of this rule to win one thousand dollars;
(o) Seventy-five tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(pp) of this rule to win one thousand dollars;
(p) Fifty tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(oo) of this rule to win five hundred dollars;
(q) One hundred tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(nn) of this rule to win five hundred dollars;
(r) Two hundred tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(mm) of this rule to win five hundred dollars;
(s) One hundred twenty-five tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(ll) of this rule to win five hundred dollars;
(t) One hundred tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(kk) of this rule to win five hundred dollars;
(u) One hundred tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(jj) of this rule to win five hundred dollars;
(v) One hundred tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(ii) of this rule to win five hundred dollars;
(w) Seven hundred fifty tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(hh) of this rule to win one hundred dollars;
(x) Four thousand five hundred tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(gg) of this rule to win one hundred dollars;
(y) One thousand five hundred tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(ff) of this rule to win one hundred dollars;
(z) One thousand five hundred tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(ee) of this rule to win one hundred dollars;
(aa) Three thousand tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(dd) of this rule to win one hundred dollars;
(bb) Two thousand two hundred fifty tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(cc) of this rule to win one hundred dollars;
(cc) One thousand five hundred tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(bb) of this rule to win one hundred dollars;
(dd) One thousand five hundred tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(aa) of this rule to win fifty dollars;
(ee) Two thousand two hundred fifty tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(z) of this rule to win fifty dollars;
(ff) Two thousand two hundred fifty tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(y) of this rule to win fifty dollars;
(gg) Four thousand five hundred tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(x) of this rule to win fifty dollars;
(hh) Five thousand two hundred fifty tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(w) of this rule to win fifty dollars;
(ii) Six thousand seven hundred fifty tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(v) of this rule to win fifty dollars;
(jj) Six thousand tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(u) of this rule to win fifty dollars;
(kk) Six thousand tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(t) of this rule to win fifty dollars;
(ll) Six thousand tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(s) of this rule to win fifty dollars;
(mm) Four thousand five hundred tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(r) of this rule to win fifty dollars;
(nn) Nine thousand tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(q) of this rule to win fifty dollars;
(oo) Six thousand tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(p) of this rule to win fifty dollars;
(pp) Thirty thousand tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(o) of this rule to win twenty dollars;
(qq) Thirty thousand tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(n) of this rule to win twenty dollars;
(rr) Thirty thousand tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(m) of this rule to win twenty dollars;
(ss) Sixty thousand tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(l) of this rule to win twenty dollars;
(tt) Ninety thousand tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(k) of this rule to win twenty dollars;
(uu) Thirty thousand tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(j) of this rule to win ten dollars;
(vv) Sixty thousand tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(i) of this rule to win ten dollars;
(ww) Sixty thousand tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(h) of this rule to win ten dollars;
(xx) One hundred twenty thousand tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(g) of this rule to win ten dollars;
(yy) One hundred fifty thousand tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(f) of this rule to win ten dollars;
(zz) Sixty thousand tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(e) of this rule to win ten dollars;
(aaa) One hundred twenty thousand tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(d) of this rule to win five dollars;
(bbb) One hundred twenty thousand tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(c) of this rule to win five dollars;
(ccc) Two hundred forty thousand tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(b) of this rule to win five dollars; and
(ddd) Two hundred forty thousand tickets with the winning prize combination as set forth in paragraph (D)(2)(a) of this rule to win five dollars.
(F) Tickets sold. Chances of winning and the number of winning tickets are established at the time of printing and will change as prizes are won.
(G) Frequency of prize drawings.
(1) Imprinting of prize awards on all tickets issued in game rule number two hundred seven shall be accomplished in a manner which complies with the commission's rules and procedures.
(2) When a ticket issued in game rule number two hundred seven is sold or deemed sold in accordance with this rule and the covering material over any of the numbers, prize values and play symbols has been removed, the holder shall be deemed to have drawn the numbers, prize values and play symbols on that ticket which determine whether the holder is entitled to a regular prize award. All regular prize awards shall be deemed announced no later than the last day of the sales cycle of game rule number two hundred seven in which the ticket was sold.
(3) The Top Prize Drawing to award one top prize of two hundred fifty thousand dollars shall take place in accordance with rules and procedures established and approved by the director, and specifically, rule 3770:1-6-05 of the Administrative Code governing "Prize drawings" and rule 3770:1-6-06 of the Administrative Code governing "Special lottery drawings." Such drawings shall be held on dates determined and announced by the director, however, the earliest Top Prize Drawing date shall be one hundred eighty-one days from the game close date or when all tickets winning a prize value corresponding with a "TPD" symbol have been claimed, whichever is earlier.
(H) Special claim, entry, receipt and validation procedures. The director shall establish special claim, entry, receipt and validation procedures, including procedures for validation by sales agents of tickets winning prize awards which are to be paid by sales agents in accordance with commission rules. Prize awards shall be claimed within the time limits set forth by commission rules.
(I) Validity of tickets.
(1) A mechanical error in printing prize awards, symbols, words or other numbers on a ticket shall not automatically invalidate that ticket. To the extent feasible, the director shall establish procedures by which the holder of any ticket on which information is incorrectly printed due to mechanical malfunction may be advised of correct information for the ticket. If it is not technically feasible to recover the information from a mechanically misprinted ticket, the director may declare the ticket void and the holder shall be entitled to a return of the ticket price or a replacement ticket of comparable price.
(2) In addition to, but not in limitation of, all other power and authority conferred on the director by the commission's rules, the director may declare a ticket in game rule number two hundred seven void if it is stolen, unissued, deactivated, not sold or deemed not sold in accordance with commission rules; if it is illegible, mutilated, altered, counterfeit, misregistered, reconstituted, miscut, defective, printed or produced in error or incomplete; or if the ticket fails any of the validation tests or procedures established by the director. The commission's liability and responsibility for a ticket declared void, if any, is limited to refund of the retail sales price of the ticket or issuance of a replacement ticket of comparable price.
(J) Director's conduct of game rule number two hundred seven.
(1) The director shall conduct game rule number two hundred seven in a manner consistent with the Lottery Act and the rules of the commission including, without limitation, this rule and the regulations of the director. As deemed necessary or advisable, the director shall adopt management regulations, orders or directives to implement and operate this lottery game. The director shall inform the public of the provisions of this rule and the procedures established pursuant hereto which affect the play of game rule number two hundred seven. The director reserves the right to declare any instant game as unavailable for sale at any time to maintain game integrity and accountability.
(2) Names and definitions of elements of game rule number two hundred seven used in this rule are to be considered generic terms used solely for purposes of this rule. In actual operation, game rule number two hundred seven and these elements may be given names or titles chosen by the commission.
