3770:1-9-240. Game rule number two hundred forty
-
(A) Title and term. Ohio lottery commission game rule number two hundred forty, "Break the Bank," shall be conducted at such times and for such periods as the commission may determine. For the purpose of this rule, "sales cycle" shall mean any such period, including reprints, beginning on the date when ticket sales are commenced and continuing through the date established by the director as the date on which sales agents are to make their final settlement with respect to tickets allocated to them during the period in game rule number two hundred forty.
(B) General design.
(1) Game rule number two hundred forty is an instant lottery game within which is contained two separate scratch-off games. There are twenty chances to win on each ticket, and a player may win up to twenty times on one ticket.
(a) "Game 1" - The player will reveal three "Winning Numbers," fifteen "Your Numbers" and fifteen corresponding prizes. If the player matches any one or more of the "Winning Numbers" to any of "Your Numbers," the player wins the corresponding prize. If the player reveals a "Star" symbol in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots, the player wins the corresponding prize automatically. If the player reveals a "5X" symbol in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots, the player wins five times the corresponding prize automatically. If the player reveals a "24K" symbol, the player wins all fifteen prizes shown automatically. If the player reveals a "Gold Bar" symbol, the player wins ten dollars automatically. There are fifteen chances to win in "Game 1." The player may win up to fifteen times in "Game 1."
(b) "Game 2" - The player will reveal two "Winning Numbers," ten "Your Numbers" and ten corresponding prize values. If one or both of the "Winning Numbers" match any of "Your Numbers," the player wins the corresponding prize values shown below the matching "Your Numbers." If the player reveals "Moneybag" symbol, the player wins double the prize shown automatically. If the player reveals a "Gold Bar" symbol, the player wins ten dollars automatically. There are ten chances to win in "Game 2." The player may win up to ten times in "Game 2."
(2) The only "prize values" which shall appear on a ticket in game rule number two hundred forty are listed as follows:
(a) "Game 1" - one dollar, two dollars, three dollars, four dollars, five dollars, ten dollars, twenty dollars, twenty-five dollars, fifty dollars, one hundred dollars, five hundred dollars, one thousand dollars, five thousand dollars, the "TPD" symbol corresponding to a prize value of five thousand five hundred dollars, ten thousand dollars, twenty-five thousand dollars and one hundred fifty thousand dollars; and
(b) "Game 2" - one dollar, two dollars, three dollars, five dollars, ten dollars, twenty dollars, twenty-five dollars, fifty dollars, one hundred dollars, five hundred dollars, one thousand dollars, five thousand dollars, ten thousand dollars, twenty-five thousand dollars and one hundred fifty thousand dollars.
(C) Price of tickets. The price of a ticket issued by the commission in game rule number two hundred forty shall be five dollars.
(D) Structure, nature and value of prize awards.
(1) There shall be two types of prizes in game rule number two hundred forty, a "regular prize award" and a "TPD" prize award.
(2) As used in this rule, "prize award" shall mean one of the following monetary figures which is the total of all winning prize values appearing on the ticket: five dollars, ten dollars, twenty dollars, twenty-five dollars, fifty dollars, one hundred dollars, five hundred dollars, one thousand dollars, five thousand dollars, five thousand five hundred dollars, ten thousand dollars, twenty-five thousand dollars and one hundred fifty thousand dollars. Each ticket in game rule number two hundred forty shall be imprinted in such a way that prize awards from the set listed above may be won.
(3) Numbers, prize values and play symbols appearing on any ticket in game rule number two hundred forty shall be concealed by an opaque covering or tab covering which may be scratched off or removed by the holder of the ticket to reveal the underlying numbers, prize values and play symbols.
(a) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for two dollars once and on which one of the "Winning Numbers" matches one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for three dollars once shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(b) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by three of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in three of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for one dollar three times and on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for one dollar doubled shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(c) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "5X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for one dollar times five shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(d) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for one dollar five times shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(e) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for one dollar five times shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(f) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched one by of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for five dollars once shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(g) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched one by of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for five dollars once shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(h) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched two by of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for one dollar once and five dollars once and on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for two dollars doubled shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(i) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "5X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for two dollars times five shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(j) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for one dollar five times and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for one dollar five times shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(k) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for two dollars five times shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(l) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for five dollars two times shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(m) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for three dollars once and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for five dollars once and two dollars once shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(n) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Gold Bar" symbol is revealed in "Game 1" for ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(o) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Gold Bar" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(p) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(q) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(r) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "24K" symbol is revealed in "Game 1" for one dollar fifteen times and on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for five dollars once shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(s) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for two dollars once and three dollars once and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by three of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for five dollars three times shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(t) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for ten dollars once and on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for five dollars doubled shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(u) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "5X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for four dollars times five shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(v) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for ten dollars once and on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for five dollars doubled shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(w) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fifteen of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in fifteen of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for one dollar fifteen times and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for one dollar five times shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(x) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "24K" symbol is revealed in "Game 1" for one dollar fifteen times and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for one dollar five times shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(y) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for one dollar ten times and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for five dollars two times shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(z) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which two "Gold Bars" are revealed in "Game 1" for ten dollar two times shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(aa) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which two "Gold Bars" are revealed in "Game 2" for ten dollar two times shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(bb) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for twenty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(cc) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for twenty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(dd) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fifteen of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in fifteen of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for one dollar fifteen times and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for one dollar ten times shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(ee) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for five dollars five times shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(ff) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "5X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for five dollars times five shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(gg) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched one by of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for five dollars once and on which two "Gold Bars" are revealed in "Game 1" for ten dollars two times shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(hh) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched one by of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for five dollars once and on which two "Gold Bars" are revealed in "Game 2" for ten dollars two times shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(ii) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for twenty-five dollars once shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(jj) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for twenty-five dollars once shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(kk) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fifteen of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in fifteen of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for two dollars fourteen times and five dollars once and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by six of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for two dollars once and three dollars five times shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(ll) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "24K" symbol is revealed in "Game 1" for two dollars fourteen times and five dollars once and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by six of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for two dollars once and three dollars five times shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(mm) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by six of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in six of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for five dollars six times, on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for five dollars doubled and on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(nn) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by six of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in six of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for five dollars six times, on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for five dollars doubled and on which a "Gold Bar" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(oo) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for five dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(pp) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by eight of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in eight of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for five dollars eight times and on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(qq) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "5X" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for five dollars times five and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by four of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for ten dollars once and five dollars three times shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(rr) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for ten dollars five times shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(ss) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "5X" symbol is revealed in "Game 1" for ten dollars times five shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(tt) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which 5 "Gold Bars" are revealed in "Game 1" for ten dollars five times shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(uu) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which 5 "Gold Bars" are revealed in "Game 2" for ten dollars five times shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(vv) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for fifty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(ww) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for fifty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(xx) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by four of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in four of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for twenty dollars four times, on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for five dollars doubled and on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(yy) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by four of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in four of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for twenty dollars four times, on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for five dollars doubled and on which a "Gold Bar" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(zz) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by eight of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in eight of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for ten dollars eight times, on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for five dollars doubled and on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(aaa) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by eight of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in eight of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1 "for ten dollars eight times, on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for five dollars doubled and on which a "Gold Bar" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for ten dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(bbb) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by eleven of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in eleven of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for ten dollars two times and fifty dollars once, on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for five dollars doubled and on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for twenty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(ccc) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which two "Gold Bars" are revealed in "Game 1" for ten dollars two times, on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for five dollars doubled and on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for twenty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(ddd) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "5X" symbol is revealed in "Game 1" for twenty dollars times five shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(eee) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for fifty dollars once and on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for twenty-five dollars doubled shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(fff) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "5X" symbol is revealed in "Game 1" for four dollars times five, on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for ten dollars once and on which one or both of the "Winning numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for twenty dollars once and fifty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(ggg) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "5X" symbol is revealed in "Game 1" for four dollars times five, on which a "Gold Bar" is revealed in "Game 1" for ten dollars once and on which one or both of the "Winning numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for twenty dollars once and fifty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(hhh) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fifteen of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in fifteen of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for five dollars fourteen times and ten dollars once and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for two dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(iii) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by fourteen of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in fourteen of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for five dollars fourteen times, on which a "Gold Bar" is revealed in "Game 1" for ten dollars once and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for two dollars ten times shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(jjj) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by six of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in six of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for ten dollars two times and five dollars four times and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by six of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for ten dollars six times shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(kkk) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which two "Gold Bars" are revealed in "Game 1" for ten dollars two times, on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by four of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in four of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for five dollars four times and on which six "Gold Bars" are revealed in "Game 2" for ten dollars six times shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(lll) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots in "Game 1" for one hundred dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(mmm) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for one hundred dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(nnn) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for one hundred dollars two times and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by three of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for one hundred dollars three times shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(ooo) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which ten "5X" symbols are revealed in "Game 1" for ten dollars times five ten times shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(ppp) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which fifteen "Gold Bars" are revealed in "Game 1" for ten dollars fifteen times, on which five "Gold Bars" are revealed in "Game 2" for ten dollars five times and on which one or both of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by three of "Your Numbers" in "Game 2" for one hundred dollars three times shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(qqq) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by four of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in four of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, in "Game 1" for one hundred dollars four times and on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in "Game 2" for fifty dollars doubled shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;

(E) Number of prize awards. The number of prize awards in any sales cycle of game rule number two hundred forty will depend upon the number of tickets sold during that cycle. However, distribution and availability for public purchase may be affected by, but not limited to, circumstances such as stolen, defective, missing, damaged, promotional, returned or reordered tickets. Tickets shall be printed in accordance with this rule using techniques in order that the following occur:
(1) Combinations winning each prize award are distributed throughout all tickets printed in any given ticket issuance; and
(2) Mathematical reasoning indicates that the number of winning tickets per six million tickets sold in the following prize categories should be as follows:
(a) One ticket with the winning prize combination as set forth in section (D)(3)(wwww) of this rule to win one hundred fifty thousand dollars;
(b) One ticket with the winning prize combination as set forth in section (D)(3)(vvvv) of this rule to win one hundred fifty thousand dollars;
(c) One ticket with the winning prize combination as set forth in section (D)(3)(uuuu) of this rule to win one hundred fifty thousand dollars;

(F) Tickets sold. Chances of winning and the number of winning tickets are established at the time of printing and will change as prizes are won.
(G) Frequency of prize drawings.
(1) Imprinting of prize awards on all tickets issued in game rule number two hundred forty shall be accomplished in a manner, which complies with the commission's rules and procedures.
(2) When a ticket issued in game rule number two hundred forty is sold or deemed sold in accordance with this rule and the covering material over any of the numbers, prize values and play symbols has been removed, the holder shall be deemed to have drawn the numbers, prize values and play symbols on that ticket which determine whether the holder is entitled to a regular prize award. All regular prize awards shall be deemed announced no later than the last day of the sales cycle of game rule number two hundred forty in which the ticket was sold.
(3) The Top Prize Drawing to award one top prize of one hundred fifty thousand dollars shall take place in accordance with rules and procedures established and approved by the director, and specifically, rule 3770:1-6-05 of the Administrative Code governing "Prize drawings" and rule 3770:1-6-06 of the Administrative Code governing "Special lottery drawings." Such drawings shall be held on dates determined and announced by the director, however, the earliest Top Prize Drawing date shall be one hundred eighty-one days from the game close date or when all tickets winning a prize value corresponding with a "TPD" symbol have been claimed, whichever is earlier.
(H) Special claim, entry, receipt and validation procedures. The director shall establish special claim, entry, receipt and validation procedures, including procedures for validation by sales agents of tickets winning prize awards which are to be paid by sales agents in accordance with commission rules, as well as procedures for entry into the Top Prize Drawings described in Section (G)(3) of this Rule. Prize awards shall be claimed within the time limits set forth by commission rules.
(I) Validity of tickets.
(1) A mechanical error in printing prize awards, symbols, words or other numbers on a ticket shall not automatically invalidate that ticket. To the extent feasible, the director shall establish procedures by which the holder of any ticket on which information is incorrectly printed due to mechanical malfunction may be advised of correct information for the ticket. If it is not technically feasible to recover the information from a mechanically misprinted ticket, the director may declare the ticket void and the holder shall be entitled to a return of the ticket price or a replacement ticket of comparable price.
(2) In addition to, but not in limitation of, all other power and authority conferred on the director by the commission's rules, the director may declare a ticket in game rule number two hundred forty void if it is stolen, unissued, deactivated, not sold or deemed not sold in accordance with commission rules; if it is illegible, mutilated, altered, counterfeit, misregistered, reconstituted, miscut, defective, printed or produced in error or incomplete; or if the ticket fails any of the validation tests or procedures established by the director. The commission's liability and responsibility for a ticket declared void, if any, is limited to refund of the retail sales price of the ticket or issuance of a replacement ticket of comparable price.
(J) Director's conduct of game rule number two hundred forty.
(1) The director shall conduct game rule number two hundred forty and any promotions or drawings associated therewith in a manner consistent with the Lottery Act and the rules of the commission including, without limitation, this rule and the regulations of the director. As deemed necessary or advisable, the director shall adopt management regulations, orders or directives to implement and operate this lottery game. The director shall inform the public of the provisions of this rule and the procedures established pursuant hereto which affect the play of game rule number two hundred forty. The director reserves the right to declare any instant game as unavailable for sale at any time to maintain game integrity and accountability.
(2) Names and definitions of elements of game rule number two hundred forty used in this rule are to be considered generic terms used solely for purposes of this rule. In actual operation, game rule number two hundred forty and these elements may be given names or titles chosen by the commission.
