3770:1-9-890. Game rule number eight hundred ninety
-
(A) Title and term. Ohio lottery commission game rule number eight hundred ninety, "Press Your Luck," shall be conducted at such times and for such periods as the commission may determine. For the purpose of this rule, "sales cycle" shall mean any such period, including reprints, beginning on the date when ticket sales are commenced and continuing through the date established by the director as the date on which sales agents are to make their final settlement with respect to tickets allocated to them during the period in game rule number eight hundred ninety.
(B) General design.
(1) Game rule number eight hundred ninety is a key number match game with an instant win feature and a "Big Bucks Multiplier" multiplying feature, and is generally known as an "instant lottery."
(2) Holders of valid tickets will remove the covering off the entire play area to reveal three "Winning Numbers," fifteen "Your Numbers" and fifteen corresponding prize values. If any one or more of "Your Number(s)" matches one or more of the "Winning Number(s)," the player wins the corresponding prize value(s) shown below the matching "Your Number(s)." If a "Star" symbol is revealed in any of the "Your Numbers" play spots, the player wins the corresponding prize value automatically. If a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in any of the "Your Numbers" play spots, the player wins all fifteen prize values shown automatically. The player will then scratch the "Big Bucks Multiplier" number play area under which a number will be revealed. The player will multiply the total prize amount won in the main play area by the "Big Bucks Multiplier" number revealed to determine the total prize award. "Big Bucks Multiplier" numbers may include the numbers one, two, four, five, ten and twenty. Revealing a "one" in the "Big Bucks Multiplier" number does not increase the prize amount won in the main play area. If the player matches any one of "Your Numbers" to one of the "Winning Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in any of the "Your Numbers" play areas and the corresponding prize value revealed is a "TPD" symbol, the player wins five thousand five hundred dollars automatically, and, upon the filing of a valid claim at an Ohio lottery commission office, shall also automatically be entered in the Top Prize Drawing ("TPD") for a chance to win a one hundred thousand dollar top prize. The Top Prize Drawing shall be conducted in accordance with Ohio lottery rules and procedures established and approved by the director. There are fifteen chances to win on each ticket, and a player may win up to fifteen times on one ticket.
(3) The only "prize values" which shall appear on a ticket in game rule number eight hundred ninety are: one dollar, two dollars, five dollars, ten dollars, twenty dollars, twenty-five, fifty dollars, one hundred dollars, two hundred dollars, two hundred fifty dollars, five hundred dollars, one thousand dollars, two thousand dollars, five thousand dollars, the "TPD" symbol corresponding to a prize value of five thousand five hundred dollars, ten thousand dollars and one hundred thousand dollars. Numbers, prize values and play symbols appearing on any ticket in game rule number eight hundred ninety shall be concealed by an opaque covering which may be scratched off by the holder of the ticket to reveal the underlying numbers, prize values and play symbols.
(C) Price of tickets. The price of a ticket issued by the commission in game rule number eight hundred ninety shall be five dollars.
(D) Structure, nature and value of prize awards.
(1) There shall be two types of prizes in game rule number eight hundred ninety, a "regular prize award" and a "TPD" prize award.
(2) As used in this rule, "prize award" shall mean one of the following monetary figures which is the total of all winning prize values appearing on the ticket or the total of all winning prize values multiplied by any applicable "Big Bucks Multiplier" number: five dollars, ten dollars, twenty dollars, twenty-five dollars, fifty dollars, one hundred dollars, five hundred dollars, one thousand dollars, two thousand dollars, five thousand dollars, five thousand five hundred dollars, ten thousand dollars and one hundred thousand dollars. Each ticket in game rule number eight hundred ninety shall be imprinted in such a way that prize awards from the set listed above may be won
(a) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(b) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for one dollar with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of five shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(c) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for one dollar with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of five dollars;
(d) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for ten dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(e) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by three of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in three of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for one dollar once and two dollars two times with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of two shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(f) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for one dollar with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of ten shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(g) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for one dollar with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of ten dollars;
(h) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for twenty dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(i) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for all fifteen prizes of one dollar ten times and two dollars five times with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(j) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for ten dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of two shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(k) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for two dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(l) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for ten dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(m) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by six of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in six of the "Your Numbers" play spot, or any combination thereof, for one dollar five times and five dollars once with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of two shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(n) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of four shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(o) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by four of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in four of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for one dollar with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of five shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(p) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for one dollar with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of twenty shall win a regular prize award of twenty dollars;
(q) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for twenty-five dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(r) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for five dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(s) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for all fifteen prizes of one dollar five times and two dollars ten times with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(t) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of five shall win a regular prize award of twenty-five dollars;
(u) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for fifty dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(v) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for ten dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of five shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(w) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of ten shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(x) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by six of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in six of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for five dollars once and one dollar five times with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of five shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(y) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by eight of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in eight of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for ten dollars two times and five dollars six times with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(z) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for five dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(aa) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for all fifteen prizes of one dollar ten times, five dollars two times and ten dollars three times with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(bb) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for twenty-five dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of two shall win a regular prize award of fifty dollars;
(cc) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for fifty dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of two shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(dd) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for ten dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of five shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(ee) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for twenty dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(ff) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by six of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in six of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for five dollars once and one dollar five times with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of ten shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(gg) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for one dollar with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of ten shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(hh) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for two dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of five shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(ii) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by four of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in four of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for ten dollars three times and twenty dollars once with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of two shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(jj) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of twenty shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(kk) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for one hundred dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(ll) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for twenty-five dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of four shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(mm) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for ten dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(nn) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for all fifteen prizes of two dollars ten times, five dollars two times, ten dollars two times and fifty dollars once shall win a regular prize award of one hundred dollars;
(oo) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for fifty dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of ten shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(pp) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by eight of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in eight of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for fifty dollars three times and twenty dollars five times with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of two shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(qq) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by eight of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in eight of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for ten dollars once, twenty dollars two times, fifty dollars once and one hundred dollars four times with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(rr) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for twenty-five dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of twenty shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(ss) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five hundred dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(tt) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for all fifteen prizes of twenty dollars ten times, fifty dollars four times and one hundred dollars once with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(uu) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers play spots, or any combination thereof, for five dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of ten shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(vv) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for ten dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of ten shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(ww) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for ten dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of five shall win a regular prize award of five hundred dollars;
(xx) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five hundred dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of two shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(yy) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for one hundred dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of ten shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(zz) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for twenty dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of ten shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(aaa) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for fifty dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of twenty shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(bbb) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for two hundred dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of five shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(ccc) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for one thousand dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of one thousand dollars;
(ddd) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five hundred dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of four shall win a regular prize award of two thousand dollars;
(eee) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by six of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in six of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for twenty dollars five times and one hundred dollars once with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of ten shall win a regular prize award of two thousand dollars;
(fff) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by two of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in two of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for two hundred dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of five shall win a regular prize award of two thousand dollars;
(ggg) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for two thousand dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of two thousand dollars;
(hhh) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for twenty dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of ten shall win a regular prize award of two thousand dollars;
(iii) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for one hundred dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of twenty shall win a regular prize award of two thousand dollars;
(jjj) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for two hundred dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of two thousand dollars;
(kkk) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five hundred dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of ten shall win a regular prize award of five thousand dollars;
(lll) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by nine of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in nine of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for two hundred-fifty dollars eight times and five hundred dollars once with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of two shall win a regular prize award of five thousand dollars;
(mmm) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for five hundred dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" of one shall win a regular prize award of five thousand dollars;
(nnn) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for five thousand dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of five thousand dollars;
(ooo) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for one hundred dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of five shall win a regular prize award of five thousand dollars;
(ppp) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for two hundred fifty dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of twenty shall win a regular prize award of five thousand dollars;
(qqq) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by five of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in five of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for one hundred dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of ten shall win a regular prize award of five thousand dollars;
(rrr) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots and a "TPD" prize symbol is revealed for five thousand five hundred dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of five thousand five hundred dollars, and upon the filing of a valid claim at an Ohio lottery commission office, shall automatically be entered into the Top Prize Drawing ("TPD") for a chance to win a top prize of one hundred thousand dollars;
(sss) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for one thousand dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of ten thousand dollars;
(ttt) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one or more of the "Winning Numbers" are matched by ten of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in ten of the "Your Numbers" play spots, or any combination thereof, for one hundred dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of ten shall win a regular prize award of ten thousand dollars;
(uuu) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for ten thousand dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of ten thousand dollars;
(vvv) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which a "Moneybag" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for all fifteen prizes of five thousand dollars ten times and ten thousand dollars five times with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of one hundred thousand dollars; and
(www) Holder of a valid winning ticket on which one of the "Winning Numbers" is matched by one of "Your Numbers" or a "Star" symbol is revealed in one of the "Your Numbers" play spots for one hundred thousand dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one shall win a regular prize award of one hundred thousand dollars.
(E) Number of prize awards. The number of prize awards in any sales cycle of game rule number eight hundred ninety will depend upon the number of tickets sold during that cycle. However, distribution and availability for public purchase may be affected by, but not limited to, circumstances such as stolen, defective, missing, damaged, promotional, returned or reordered tickets. Tickets shall be printed in accordance with this rule using random techniques in order that the following occur:
(1) Combinations winning each prize award are randomly distributed throughout all tickets printed in any given ticket issuance; and
(2) Mathematical reasoning indicates that the number of winning tickets per six million tickets sold in the following prize categories should be as follows
(a) Two tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Star" symbol for one hundred thousand dollars once with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one to win one hundred thousand dollars;
(b) Two tickets revealing a "Moneybag" symbol for all fifteen prizes of five thousand dollars ten times and ten thousand dollars five times with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one to win one hundred thousand dollars;
(c) Three tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Star" symbol for ten thousand dollars once with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one to win ten thousand dollars;
(d) Four tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for one hundred dollars ten times with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of ten to win ten thousand dollars;
(e) Four tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for one thousand dollars ten times with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one to win ten thousand dollars;
(f) Thirty tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Star" symbol for five thousand five hundred dollars with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one, and upon the filing of a valid claim at an Ohio lottery commission office, being automatically entered into the Top Prize Drawing for a chance to win a top prize of one hundred thousand dollars;
(g) Four tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for one hundred dollars five times with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of ten to win five thousand dollars;
(h) Four tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Star" symbol for two hundred fifty dollars once with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of twenty to win five thousand dollars;
(i) Four tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for one hundred dollars ten times with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of five to win five thousand dollars;
(j) Four tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Star" symbol for five thousand dollars once with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one to win five thousand dollars;
(k) Four tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for five hundred dollars ten times with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one to win five thousand dollars;
(l) Ten tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for two hundred fifty dollars eight times and five hundred dollars once with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of two to win five thousand dollars;
(m) Ten tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Star" symbol for five hundred dollars once with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of ten to win five thousand dollars;
(n) Twenty tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols for two hundred dollars ten times with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one to win two thousand dollars;
(o) Twenty tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Star" symbol for one hundred dollars once with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of twenty to win two thousand dollars;
(p) Twenty tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for twenty dollars ten times with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of ten to win two thousand dollars;
(q) Ten tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Star" symbol for two thousand dollars once with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one to win two thousand dollars;

(bb) One hundred tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for ten dollars five times with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of ten to win five hundred dollars;
(cc) One hundred twenty tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for five dollars ten times with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of ten to win five hundred dollars;
(dd) Two hundred tickets revealing a "Moneybag" symbol for all fifteen prizes of twenty dollars ten times, fifty dollars four times and one hundred dollars once with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one to win five hundred dollars;
(ee) One hundred tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Star" symbol for five hundred dollars once with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one to win five hundred dollars;
(ff) One hundred tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Star" symbol for twenty-five dollars once with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of twenty to win five hundred dollars;

(xx) Six thousand tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for five dollars ten times with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one to win fifty dollars;
(yy) Six thousand tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols, or any combination thereof, for ten dollars two times and five dollars six times with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one to win fifty dollars;
(zz) Seven thousand five hundred tickets matching numbers or revealing "Star" symbols for five dollars once and one dollar five times with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of five to win fifty dollars;

(vvv) Three hundred sixty thousand tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Star" symbol for one dollar once with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of five to win five dollars; and
(www) Two hundred forty thousand tickets matching numbers or revealing a "Star" symbol for five dollars once with a "Big Bucks Multiplier" number of one to win five dollars.
(F) Tickets sold. Chances of winning and the number of winning tickets are established at the time of printing and will change as prizes are won.
(G) Frequency of prize drawings.
(1) Random imprinting of prize awards on all tickets issued in game rule number eight hundred ninety shall be accomplished in a manner, which complies with the commission's rules and procedures.
(2) When a ticket issued in game rule number eight hundred ninety is sold or deemed sold in accordance with this rule and the covering material over any of the numbers, prize values and play symbols has been removed, the holder shall be deemed to have drawn the numbers, prize values and play symbols on that ticket which determine whether the holder is entitled to a regular prize award. All regular prize awards shall be deemed announced no later than the last day of the sales cycle of game rule number eight hundred ninety in which the ticket was sold.
(3) The Top Prize Drawing to award one top prize of one hundred thousand dollars shall take place in accordance with rules and procedures established and approved by the director, and specifically, rule 3770:1-6-05 of the Administrative Code governing "Prize drawings" and rule 3770:1-6-06 of the Administrative Code governing "Special lottery drawings." Such drawings shall be held on dates determined and announced by the director, however, the earliest Top Prize Drawing date shall be one hundred eighty-one days from the game close date or when all tickets winning a prize value corresponding with a "TPD" symbol have been claimed, whichever is earlier.
(H) Special claim, entry, receipt and validation procedures. The director shall establish special claim, entry, receipt and validation procedures, including procedures for validation by sales agents of tickets winning prize awards which are to be paid by sales agents in accordance with commission rules. Prize awards shall be claimed within the time limits set forth by commission rules.
(I) Validity of tickets.
(1) A mechanical error in printing prize awards, symbols, words or other numbers on a ticket shall not automatically invalidate that ticket. To the extent feasible, the director shall establish procedures by which the holder of any ticket on which information is incorrectly printed due to mechanical malfunction may be advised of correct information for the ticket. If it is not technically feasible to recover the information from a mechanically misprinted ticket, the director may declare the ticket void and the holder shall be entitled to a return of the ticket price or a replacement ticket of comparable price.
(2) In addition to, but not in limitation of, all other power and authority conferred on the director by the commission's rules, the director may declare a ticket in game rule number eight hundred ninety void if it is stolen, unissued, deactivated, not sold or deemed not sold in accordance with commission rules; if it is illegible, mutilated, altered, counterfeit, misregistered, reconstituted, miscut, defective, printed or produced in error or incomplete; or if the ticket fails any of the validation tests or procedures established by the director. The commission's liability and responsibility for a ticket declared void, if any, is limited to refund of the retail sales price of the ticket or issuance of a replacement ticket of comparable price.
(J) Director's conduct of game rule number eight hundred ninety.
(1) The director shall conduct game rule number eight hundred ninety and any drawings or promotions associated therewith in a manner consistent with the Lottery Act and the rules of the commission including, without limitation, this rule and the regulations of the director. As deemed necessary or advisable, the director shall adopt management regulations, orders or directives to implement and operate this lottery game and any drawings or promotions associated therewith. The director shall inform the public of the provisions of this rule and the procedures established pursuant hereto which affect the play of game rule number eight hundred ninety. The director reserves the right to declare any instant game as unavailable for sale at any time to maintain game integrity and accountability.
(2) Names and definitions of elements of game rule number eight hundred ninety used in this rule are to be considered generic terms used solely for purposes of this rule. In actual operation, game rule number eight hundred ninety and these elements may be given names or titles chosen by the commission.
