3770:2-1-02. Incorporation of by-laws

The provisions contained in Chapter 3770:1-5 of the Administrative Code are incorporated and shall apply to the provisions of division 3770:2 of the Administrative Code, unless otherwise specifically excluded in division 3770:2 of the Administrative Code.
