3772-11-04. Prohibition on table game play by gaming-related vendors

Latest version.

No holder of a gaming-related vendor license or any director, officer, employee, or any other agent of a gaming-related vendor shall play or be permitted to play at a table game in a casino facility to which the gaming-related vendor provides its goods or services.
