Chapter3772-4. Casino Operator, Management Company, and Holding Company Licenses |
3772-4-05. Casino operator, management company and holding company license application, license period and license renewal

(A) An applicant for a casino operator, management company, or holding company license, and a holding company not otherwise required to obtain such a license, must submit the information required by the commission, must undergo a background investigation, and must pay an application fee and license fee as described in rules 3772-4-06 and 3772-4-07 of the Administrative Code.
(B) Casino operators, management companies and holding companies must provide the commission with all the information, documents, and materials that the commission requires and otherwise requests at the sole expense and cost of the casino operator.
(C) Casino operator, management company, and holding company licenses expire three years after the date of licensure.
(D) A casino operator, management company, or holding company may request renewal of the license by submitting the information required by the commission for renewal not less than one hundred eighty days before the expiration of the license and paying all applicable fees as described in rule 3772-4-06 of the Administrative Code.
(E) Licenses may be renewed for continuous three year terms provided the applicant satisfies all of the requirements of Chapter 3772. of the Revised Code and the rules adopted thereunder.
