4101:2-75-19. Certification of the building department of the city of Belpre, Ohio

The board of building standards, department of commerce, pursuant to division (E) of section 3781.10 of the Revised Code, orders the certification of the building department of the city of Belpre, Ohio on the condition that the Washington county building department exercise enforcement authority and accept and approve plans and specifications, and make inspections in accordance with the provisions of the "Ohio Building Code," except "Plumbing" provisions.
