4101:6-1-23. Storage of sterilized bedding and upholstered furniture  


Latest version.
  • (A) Mattresses shall be stored at least one foot from the floor in a dry room, preferably above ground, and so spaced to allow four inches of free air circulation on all sides.

    (B) The storage area for sterilized items shall be clean and free from trash, vermin, insects, filth or any hazardous waste.

    (C) New or sterilized articles of upholstered furniture, bedding, stuffed toys, or filling materials shall be at all times kept separate from any secondhand articles or materials that are unsterilized.
