4115-3-05. Public notice: adoption, amendment or rescission of rules

When the committee proposes to adopt, amend or rescind any rule which it is by law authorized or required to adopt under the Administrative Procedure Act, notice of public hearing shall be given pursuant to section 119.03 of the Revised Code in the register of Ohio published by the legislative service commission not less than thirty days before such hearing. Such notice shall contain the information required by section 119.03 of the Revised Code. A copy of the notice shall also be made available along with the full text of the proposed rule or rules at least thirty days prior to such hearing on the Ohio department of mental retardation and developmental disabilities web site at http://odmrdd.state.oh.us.
