4301:1-1-27. Spigots; brand name appearing on

A tap marker or other similar device shall be attached to the spigot or apparatus used for the dispensing of beer or wine in a retail permit premises. The tap marker or other similar device shall contain the manufacturer's name or the brand name of the product dispensed. The name of the manufacturer or the brand name of the product dispensed, as the same appears upon the tap marker or other similar device, must be legible to and must appear in full view of the purchaser if the beer or wine is served at the bar in a permit premises. The manufacturer's name or the brand name of the particular beer or wine shall be attached to both the line that carries or conveys the beer or wine to the spigot or other dispensing apparatus and to the container from which the beer or wine is drawn. .
