4501-7-35. Prohibition of guarantees by a CDL school

No person associated with a driver training enterprise shall assert or imply that the person or the enterprise will guarantee a license to operate a commercial motor vehicle as a result of the training received. No person associated with a driver training enterprise shall assert or imply that the enterprise will guarantee employment in the operation of a commercial motor vehicle upon completion of the course, nor shall any person associated with the enterprise assert that the enterprise will guarantee that the student will pass the state examinations in the operation of commercial motor vehicles.
