Chapter4501:6-2. McGruff House Program |
4501:6-2-04. Requirements for participants of the McGruff house program

A person who serves as a participant in the McGruff House program shall:
(A) Submit to a criminal background check, the results of which will be kept confidential,
(B) Be eighteen years of age or older at the time the application for participation in the program is signed,
(C) Obtain and maintain a working telephone at the participating household,
(D) Attend the McGruff program orientation and any follow-up meetings required,
(E) Return the McGruff house sign immediately upon request from a sponsoring agency or coordinator,
(F) Follow any other rules or guidelines the office of criminal justice services, a sponsoring agency, or coordinator deems necessary.
