4713-11-01. Application for operation of beauty salon

Latest version.

All applicants for a salon license under section 4713.41 of the Revised Code shall apply on forms approved by the board and pay the applicable, nonrefundable fee. No new salon shall begin operating or providing services to the public until the proper license has been approved.
