4713-5-04. Proprietary schools

Latest version.

(A) A proprietary school may conduct day and night courses.

(B) Career technical schools offering evening adult cosmetology or barbering education will be considered a proprietary school. Career technical schools may only offer adult education with the ODE and board approval.
