4713-5-27. Infection control

Latest version.

(A) All schools must follow all of the infection control statutes and rules found in Chapters 4709. and 4713. of the Revised Code and Chapter 4713-15 of the Administrative Code.

(B) All students shall wear clean outer garments, such as a smock or an apron, and clean shoes while attending school. A school uniform is acceptable attire. All students shall comply with all of the school's rules regarding infection control and attire.
