4713-7-06. Necessary material for examination

Latest version.

The board shall supply to each applicant a testing information packet (TIP) that identifies the required materials for the practical examination, including the suggested general supplies and the requirements for the mannequin head and artificial hand. The TIP shall also provide detailed instructions for the practical and theoretical examinations.
