4758-6-14. Scope of practice for independent chemical dependency counselors-clinical supervisor (LICDC-CS) with gambling disorder endorsement

(A) An individual who holds an independent chemical dependency counselor-clinical supervisor license and a gambling disorder endorsement may do all of the following in addition to those services outlined in rule 4758-6-06 of the Administrative Code:
(1) Diagnose and treat gambling disorder conditions;
(2) Perform treatment planning, assessment, crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, case management, and educational services insofar as those functions relate to gambling disorder;
(3) Supervise gambling disorder counseling; and
(B) Refer individuals with other conditions to appropriate sources of help.
