4765-5-04. Grant applications

(A) Grant applications shall be submitted on forms approved by the division.
(B) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter or approved by the division, all grant applications must be completed and received, or completed and postmarked if filing via the mail, by five p.m. of the application due date listed on the "Training and Equipment Grant Application Priority 1" or "Research Grant Application Priority 2-5" form in order to be considered for a grant cycle commencing on the first day of July of the same year.
(C) Incomplete or illegible applications, or applications that are not consistent with the terms of section 4765.07 of the Revised Code, will not be considered for funding.
