Consistent with the requirements of section 4903.13 of the Revised Code, a notice of appeal of a commission order to the Ohio supreme court must be filed with the commission's docketing division within the time period prescribed by the court and served, unless waived, upon the chairman of the commission, or, in his absence, upon any public utilities commissioner, or by leaving a copy at the offices of the commission at Columbus. Service of the notice of appeal of a commission order to the Ohio supreme court may not be delivered via fax or e-filing upon the chairman or a commissioner.
