4901:1-10-06. "National Electrical Safety Code"

Each electric utility and transmission owner shall comply with the 2012 edition of the "American National Standard Institute's," "National Electrical Safety Code" approved by the "American National Standards Institute" and adopted by the "Institute of Electric and Electronics Engineers."
