4901:1-19-15. Assessment of costs and enforcement

The commission may, in its discretion, assess the costs of hearing or investigation on a non-consenting applicant or any other party pursuant to section 4903.24 of the Revised Code. The commission shall also prescribe on a case-by-case basis such costs, restrictions, or other enforcement measures as it deems necessary for any applicant failing to comply with rules 4901:1-19-01 to 4901:1-19-15 of the Administrative Code.
