5537-2-17. Stops at toll booths

The operator of a motor vehicle who is issued a toll ticket upon entering and paying for their toll upon exit shall make a complete stop at toll plazas when entering or leaving the turnpike. The operator of a motor vehicle who possesses a valid electronic tolling transponder properly mounted in or on the vehicle shall proceed through the toll plaza with caution at the posted speed limit.
