5537-4-05. Tolls for public police officers, emergency vehicles and military vehicles

Latest version.

Public police officers, emergency vehicles, or clearly marked federal or state of Ohio and United States military vehicles, while in the discharge of their official duties, shall be afforded ready access to the turnpike without the payment of tolls.
