901:8-2-11. Online auction held in conjunction with live auction

(A) If held in conjunction with a live auction, the licensee shall enter into a contract with the owner or consignee of any property the licensee intends to offer for sale online. The contract shall meet the requirements set forth in section 4707.20 of the Revised Code .
(B) If held in conjunction with a live auction, the licensee shall maintain records related to the online auction, including but not limited to, advertisements, contracts, online catalogs, bid history, and expenses and/or fees for a period of two years.
