(A)   Data are entered into the UCC information management system exactly as provided in a UCC record, without regard to apparent errors. Data provided in electronic form is transferred to the information management system exactly as submitted by the remitter. A filing should designate whether a name is a name of an individual or an organization. If the name is that of an individual the first, middle and last names and any suffix shall be given.

 

(B)    The filing office will verify accuracy of the data from UCC records entered in accordance with the above requirements into the UCC information management system.
