111:1-4-04                   Submission  of  additional  information  when  filing  business services forms by electronic means.

 

 

 

Any person or entity that wishes to submit additional information with a form filed by electronic means shall do so by one of the following two methods:

 

(A)By sending a paper copy of the additional information to the secretary of state's office. This copy shall be filed or postmarked no later than the date the form is required to be filed under Title 17 or Chapter 1329. of the Revised Code.

 

(B)By uploading a copy of the additional information into the secretary of state's online application using the upload attachment function in the application.
