111:2-3-01                   Establishment of separate segregated fund.

 

 

 

A corporation or labor organization may establish, administer and solicit contributions to a separate segregated fund (SSF) or political action committee (PAC) of the corporation or labor organization for Ohio state and local elections or for both federal elections and Ohio state or local elections.
