3701-26-17                  Solid waste storage and collection.

 

 

 

(A)    The storage and collection of solid wastes shall be conducted so as to avoid the creation of health hazards, rodent harborages, insect breeding areas and accidents.

 

(B)   When solid wastes are stored at the site or at a central point within the park or camp, they shall be stored in durable, watertight, non-absorbent and easily cleanable containers with tight fitting covers. Containers and covers shall be maintained in a clean condition and in good repair. Solid waste containers shall be sufficient in number and size to accommodate all solid wastes between collections.
