1501:3-2-05 Removal or disturbance of state property prohibited.
Except as provided in rule 1501:3-2-06 of the Administrative Code, no person shall cut, remove or damage any tree, shrub or plant or pick any wildflowers, or harass or collect any native wild animal, unless engaged in licensed hunting and/or fishing in accordance with provisions of the revised code and wildlife rules, nor shall any person dig, excavate or remove any rock, sand, gravel or other mineral from state forests without first obtaining written permission from the chief of the division or
