A public hearing will be held by the Ohio Treasurer of State's Office on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in Conference Room B1 of the Rhodes State Office Tower, located at 30 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215.
The purpose of the hearing is to solicit comment on proposed rule 113-30-01. 113-30-01 STABLE Account Program.
(A) For the purposes of sections 113.50 through 113.56 of the Revised Code, out-of-state residents are treated the same as designated beneficiaries.
(B) As used in section 113.50 of the Revised Code, "agreements" includes agreements, whether formal or informal, with another state, or any agency or subdivision thereof.
