Notice is hereby given ?at ?e Ohio Lottery Commission intends to amend an on-line game rule. A public hearing will be conducted on Monday, February 29, 2016 at the Frank J. Lausche Building, 615 West Superior Avenue 4th floor, Cleveland,  Ohio  44113,  at  10:00  A.

Procedures  Act, (Chapter  119, Ohio Revised Code).   Any person  affected by the proposed action may appear and be heard in person, by the person's a?omey, or

both; may present person 's position, arguments, or contentions, orally or in writing; offer and examine witnesses; and present evidence tending to show that the rule, if adopted or effectuated, will be unreasonable or unlawful.

?1e on-line g?ne rule to be amended is 3770: 1-9-55, entitled KENO.  ?ris game rule is being amended to change the liability linrit from twenty
