4101:16-1-05               Notification of examination resultIssuance of licenses.

 

 

 

The

 

(A)The administrative section or its designee shall be responsible for issuing licenses to individuals who attain a score of at least a seventy percent on an examination authorized by the appropriate specialty sections and. The section shall also be responsible to issue licenses to individuals who meet the requirements set forth in section 4740.06 of the Ohio Revised Code.
