LEGAL NOTICE

 

The State Board of Education will hold a public hearing on the following rule actions on February 11, 2008, at 4:00 p.m. in the Conference Center at the Ohio School for the Deaf, located at 500 Morse Road, Columbus, Ohio:

 

·         3301-35-05, -06 (Amendments) - Operating standards for Ohio schools;

·         3301-44-09 (Amendment) - Participation by nonpublic schools in post-secondary enrollment options program;

·         3301-51-15  (Amendment)  -  Operating  standards  for  identifying  and  serving gifted students;

·         3301-52-01 (Amendment) - Appropriate uses of early child education screening and assessment information;

·         3301-69-11,  -12  (Rescissions)  -  Title  IV-A  head  start  and  head  start  plus programs.
