The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Recreation, pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedures Act and Sections 1541..01, 1541.03 and 1541.09 of the Revised Code hereby declares intent to adopt, amend and rescind administrative rules pertaining to fees for season?,guest and transient docks and tie ups; fees for camping; fees for rental of group building facilities and group camps; fees for rental of housekeeping cabins and cottages; fees for rental of recreational vehicles, yurts, tepees, park models, camper cabins and other getaway rentals; fees for Tar hollow wagon rides; establishment of dog exercise areas; and watercraft navigation rules on state park waters?

For such purpose the Division of Parks and Recreation will conduct a public hearing on said proposals on February 7, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. at the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Assembly Center, 2045 Morse Road, Building E (first floor), Columbus, Ohio 43229. At the public hearing, any person affected by the rule changes may appear and be heard in person, or by an attorney, or both, and may present testimony, orally or in writing, offer and examine witnesses, and present evidence tending to show that the rules if adopted will be unreasonable or unlawful.

Such rules are necessary and appropriate for proper management and control oflands and waters administered by the Division of Parks and Recreation and for the protection of the health, safety and welfare of the public.
