ODRC will conduct a public hearing to obtain comments concerning ODRC's proposed amendments to the following Administrative Rules as required by Section 119.03 of the Ohio Revised Code:

 

·         5120:1-1-19         Procedures after revocation of release;

 

·         5120-9-57            Prison nursery program and infants born during confinement.

 

 

The proposed amendment to 5120:1-1-19 replaces the word "will" with "shall" throughout the rule and authorizes a parole board member (in addition to a hearing officer) to schedule a parole release consideration hearing. The proposed amendment to 5120-9-57 updates the rule to be consistent with the statutory authority regarding eligibility requirements.
