The State Board of Education will hold a public hearing on the following rule actions, on November 16, 2015, at 8:15 a.m., in the first-floor conference room, at the Ohio Department of Education, 25 South Front Street, Columbus, Ohio, 43215:

•         3301-16-05 (New) - Additional assessment options for students required to pass the Ohio graduation tests;

•         3301-35-01 (Amendment) - Purpose and definitions (operating standards);

•         3301-24-12 (Amendment) - Alternative superintendent license and alternative administrative specialist license;

•         3301-24-13 (Amendment) - Relinquishment of license or teaching field;

•         3301-28-04 (Amendment) - Performance indicators; and

•         3301-102-12 (Amendment) - Standards for awarding an overall report card designation to dropout prevention and recovery community schools.
