(A)Terms used in this rule have the same meaning as those terms are defined in Chapter 3714. of the Revised Code.

 

(B)Beginning January 1, 2008, for the funding and conducting of ground water monitoring at prioritized construction and demolition debris facilities, there is hereby levied on the disposal of construction and demolition debris at a construction and demolition debris facility that is licensed pursuant to Chapter 3714. of the Revised Code a fee of five cents per cubic yard or ten cents per ton in accordance with section 3714.071 of the Revised Code.
