The Board is proposing to adopt the following new rules: 4723-1-05 dealing with Notice of Adoption, Amendment, Or Rescission of Rules; 4723-1-06 dealing with Notice of Board Meetings; 4723-1-07 dealing with Personal Information systems.

Persons who pre-register will be permitted to testify before witnesses whom have not pre-registered.
