Pursuant to Section 119.03 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Superintendent of Insurance, State of Ohio, will hold a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 20, 2006 at the Ohio Department of Insurance, Lobby Conference Room, 2100 Stella Court, Columbus, Ohio, to consider enactment of Ohio Administrative Code Section 3901-7-01, 3901-7-02, 3901-7-03 and 3901-7-04.
