Notice is hereby given that the Ohio Secretary of State for the purpose of considering the above listed proposed administrative rules will hold a hearing.

A public hearing on the proposed rules 1'ill be held Thursday? November 17, 2005 ? 10:00 AM in the hearing room located in the lobby of the State Office Tower located at 30 East Broad Street' Columbus, Ohio.

Either written of oral testimony will be received at the hearing.  Additionally ?written comments received at the address below?prior to the hearing, will be treated as testimony.
