    Notice of Public Hearing

     

     

    A public hearing will be held by the Ohio Casino Control Commission on November 21, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Lobby Hearing Room of the Rhodes State Office Tower, located at 30 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215.  The purpose of the hearing is to solicit public comment on the following proposed rules:

     

    Rule 3772-17-01, titled "Approval of third-party engineering and accounting firms." The proposed rule sets forth the procedure and standards for approval of engineering and accounting firms who will certify the initial investments of casino operators.

     

    All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing and present oral and/or written testimony.  Written comments may also be submitted to the attention of Samuel Kirk, Assistant Section Chief, Charitable Law Section, Office of the Attorney General, at 150 East Gay Street, 23rd Floor, Columbus, OH 43215-3130.
