This rule explains what a person must do in order to renew their license(s). New eLicense system requires electronic submission of renewal applications.

This rule explains the renewal process and how a person can place their license in

to an inactive status. It also explains that a license will expire if it is not renewed.

# The title was changed from #Licensure renewal procedures# to #License and boutique services registration renewal procedures.# This amendment was made to comply with the provisions of Am. Sub. S.B. 213.

# (A) was amended by replacing #licensee# with #individual#, adding #for each license the individual intends to renew#, replacing #as authorized by the board# with #as required by the board#, replacing #input the# with #verify the continuing education#, and replacing #biennial renewal# with #licensing period for the license(s) being renewed. These amendments were made for clarity and to comply with the provisions of Am. Sub. S.B. 213.

# (B) was added to comply with the provisions of Am. Sub. S.B. 213 and the remainder of the rule was renumbered accordingly.
